I was waiting for too long. All my African dreams, tamed in the childhood and teen years during long hours in libraries were washed away with turn around to Asia. One recent morning i woke up and spotted the shape of African continent on the ceiling... It was the sign to start.

• 2006 10 18 i started my oddysey - transcontinental solo hitchhiking expedition across Africa (30 -35 countries), having no time limits.
  
• My friends, relatives, editors warned me not to go. They say its risky and unsafe. I received a present before the journey  - guidebook to entire Africa. When i open the book its only rebels jumping out with gun machines and knives, thieves in the markets, smell of blood, poverty and blood. Its only one way to check it - go there!
  
• My aim is to visit 4 corners of Africa (4 geograpfic points in the North - Tunisia, West - Senegal, South - South Africa, East - Somali(Puntland), to hitchhike from Tanger in Morocco to Johannesbur in RSA and to win a bet and...see and experience Mama Africa...
